I've decided to give you guys my best tactic, it works perfectly on my low skilled team. (U Craiova)

You will need to download this file and put it in :
C:\Documents and Settings\"YOUR USERNAME"\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\tactics

The player instructions are already done if you puted the file you downloaded at the correct place.

Keep the team instructions just like they are until you get a 2 goals lead, after put your tempo to the quickest possible and you mentallity to ultra defence and your creativity freedom to little just like shown below.



If you're losing by 2 goals or more, put the instructions below.



Get this tactic and you may get some result!

WARNING
Even tho you did exactly what I wrote in this post, this tactic may not work well for you because it always depends on the team and the players that are in it. But, this mostly worked for a bunch of people, please do not complain if it's not working, but please tell it to me gently, I WILL find another tactic for you, but it never hurts trying new things!
